Canyon Runner Spreader Bars
The crew of the CANYON RUNNER® has long been using spreader
bars - years before they became popular. First developed to
troll for Giant Bluefin Tuna, the original spreader bars were
heavy duty, oversized, stiff bars that could only be trolled at
very slow speeds on very heavy tackle. They were deadly on
Giants but less effective in the canyons on smaller tuna. In
1991, Captain Phil Dulanie began field testing lighter and
lighter bars and was one of the first to deploy light-weight,
high-speed spreader bars while trolling the edge. Years later
they became common place in the canyons. Fast forward to today
and there should not be a boat that goes offshore without them.
Canyon Runner Mini-Mamba Bars

The Canyon Runner mini-mamba high speed spreader bars are deployed when
the primary baitfish in the area is ballyhoo, sardines,
anchovies, or tinker or chub mackerel. These bars match the
profile and color of these baitfish better then most on the
market. The blue/silver is particularly deadly when your quarry
is on very small bait such as rainfish and you can't pull them
into your spread.
Canyon Runner mini-mamba high speed spreader bars are rigged
with 200 pound test Momoi leader and a Mustad 7681S 7/0
Stainless hook. Never rig your bars with anything but stainless
hooks as you don't need a cheap hook to corrode while sitting in
your spreader bar bag and ruin all your equipment.
Canyon Runner Custom Squid Bars:

What can Canyon Runner
say about their Custom Canyon Runner Squid Spreader Bars except if
there was only one lure or bar they could take with them
offshore this would be it. Year in and year out it is their top
producer. Canyon Runner 6" squid bars come with 12 squid and are perfect
both offshore in the canyons and gulf stream and inshore working
the edges, holes, and lumps for smaller tuna. You know the
expression - "match the hatch" - and when there are small squid
in the area you better have out these smaller squid bars to get
the tuna on the feed.
Canyon Runner
Mini-Green Machine Bars:

No imitation green machines here. These are the real deal.
The ultimate lure, Sevenstrand Green Machines, matched with the
ultimate high-speed spreader bar. The Sevenstrand Green Machines
has caught everything that swims and expect the same if not
better when you troll eight of them at once.
