Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error or error in pricing information received from our
suppliers, ALLTACKLE.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ALLTACKLE.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
ALLTACKLE.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price.

Contest Rules
ALLTACKLE.com, may on occasion, give away one prize, at predetermined
times, by random drawing. No
purchase is necessary. You may enter the contest by submitting your name,
phone number, email address, and address where you would like the product shipped if
you're selected as a winner, at the location indicated on the site or by
making a purchase on any ALLTACKLE.com site. You may enter the contest one
time per day. Once you have entered the contest, you are eligible only for
the current drawing. The prize will be awarded and winner notified by mail. Odds
of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. PRIZE
VALUE: the prize for each drawing shall be selected by ALLTACKLE.com and shall
have differing values depending on the prize selected. This contest is

Credit Cards - We accept the

Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your
credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks,
Company Checks, & Personal Checks - ALLTACKLE.com accepts money
orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S.
Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or
cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10
banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is
processed. ALLTACKLE.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by
the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on
all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay

Tackle, Electronics, and bulky products usually ship via
UPS - tracking information provided when available.

Ground Delivery and will be charged additional shipping.

Calculating Ship Times The time it will take for you to receive
your order depends on the "Product Availability" time listed for
the product ordered plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you
select.
Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship
Time.
For example, if the Product Availability Time is 3-5 days and the Delivery
Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 4-7
business days.
Choosing next day or second day air does not mean your order will be
delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online.
You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Product
Availability" time listed for the product you selected. The
"Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to
process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product
requested.
If you choose items with different "Product Availability"
times -- for example, a in-stock delivery item along with a
"Backorder" or "Preorder" item, each item will ship as
it becomes available. There will be no extra charge for the shipment of
these items.
Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on
weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Sales Taxes
ALLTACKLE.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for
orders to be delivered to addresses within Maryland. Each customer shall
be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders
shipped to any other state.

Return Policy
Products may be returned to ALLTACKLE.com for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to
ALLTACKLE.com must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, you must
make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your
product. Before returning any item, you must contact us for a Return
Authorization.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without return authorization. The
return authorization is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized
for return. Return authorizations are valid for 10 business days and all returns
must be received within 10 days of obtaining the return authorization. You are
responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Special order items may only be returned for
replacement and not for any refund. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and
credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must
be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in
"as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty
cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included
and the return authorization visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result
in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00
re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s
packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must
be returned for credit or replacement. Custom electronic items
such as electric reels are not returnable.All non-clearance product returns from the ALLTACKLE.com stores must be sent to the following address:
