depending on the line choice and fishing conditions and has the
choice of playing the fish by letting the drag hold on the up
stroke and winding in on the down stroke or in allowing the
motor to do all the work. The only difference between a
conventional reel and the ELEC-TRA-MATE is the cranking.

Period. Designed to power the Penn International 80 TW and 130
ST Reel, this setup is built to meet the needs of the
professional fisherman and boat captain who makes his living

the 130 ST Reel, the Pro II is capable of landing fish as deep
as 500 fathoms! Features include a powerful 24/32 volt DC motor,

The 450-PTH has been
designed to enable individuals who are physically challenged to
enjoy the sport of fishing without assistance. Engineering know
how and fishing experience used developing offshore fishing
products has been applied to the design and development of the
most powerful drive ever put on a spinning reel, the 450-PTH.
Unlike other electric spinning reels which leave the angler
discouraged at not having enough power to land pan fish, the
450-PTH has the power to easily overcome largemouth bass, small
mouth bass, brim, crappie and other freshwater species without
the need to "assist" the motor by cranking. Designed to power
the popular Penn 4500SS and 5500SS Spinfisher Spinning Reels,
the 450-PTH is perfectly balanced and is easily attached to a
standard reel in only minutes and is available with or without
the reel from your favorite tackle supplier. The housing is
sculptured by craftsmen out of solid blocks of marine aluminum
for strength and then anodized for lasting beauty. Equally at
home in fresh or salt water, the 450-PTH comes standard with a
remote waterproof switch, which is easily mounted, on the
fore-grip of a rod for one hand use. It is also available with
switch cord only for attachment to specialty switches usable by

PRO-BOOM
Downriggers
The PRO-BOOM eliminates the need
for a fishing rod and can be used for pulling commercial planers
or as a downrigger and is excellent for both bottom fishing or
trolling. The PRO-BOOM and PRO-BOOM JR. utilize a fiberglass
boom for better sensitivity in "feeling" fish as they strike.
The PRO-BOOM comes with a heavy-action fiberglass boom while the
PRO-BOOM JR. comes with a medium-action boom. A "New" design
feature allows the boom to be detached with a quick release pin
for ease in storing equipment between fishing trips. Both booms
will accommodate Penn Reel sizes 6/0 through 130 International
and come standard with your choice of either a Deck Plate or
"New" Redi-Mount. The polished Stainless Steel Deck Plate flush
mounts in the gunwale and is recommended for commercial
applications where maximum strength is needed. The polished
Stainless Steel Redi-Mount allows the PRO-BOOM and PRO-BOOM JR.
to be used in a standard flush mount rod holder. Since the
strength of the Redi-Mount is directly dependent upon the
quality and strength of the flush mount rod holder, it is
recommended that this combination not be used in commercial
applications where great loads could be exerted on the rod
holder. Both Booms lock in the Deck Plate and Redi-Mount to
prevent swinging from side to side and may be lifted slightly to
move and change positions every 90 degrees. When not in use, the
Booms lift out for storage.

popular Daiwa Sealine 6/0 and 9/0 reels, these drives are
designed for going after the ocean heavy weights, and whenever
you need extra power and line capacity. They attach to the Daiwa
Sealine 6/0 and 9/0 in minutes and their quick take-apart
features make them easy to service and maintain. Not for the
faint of heart, these models feature a powerful permanent magnet
motor with the ability to land large fish with a minimum of
effort. Engineering features include additional gaskets between
mainframe and end frames to seal the motor from the harsh
environment in which it is designed to operate. The motor has a
stainless steel shaft with "quick-change designed drive gear for
ease of service and durable case hardened gears for longer life.
These "NEW" models also feature a durable space age composite
housing that is 80% lighter and 4 times more impact resistant
than aluminum. In addition this advanced material won't chip,
rust, or corrode, so it can stand up to the harshest saltwater
conditions. Unlike most plastic materials, these new housings
are also impervious to the affects of gas, oil, and chemicals.
The housings are available in standard Elec-Tra-Mate Red or
Pro-Black.
