It's made of non-absorbent Ensolite closed cell foam, coated in a white vinyl finish with a textured standing surface. Soft enough to ease standing on a hard deck yet firm enough to absorb the vibrations and shock of pounding waves.
	The HAL-LOCK outrigger pulley was specially designed for speed and efficiency (and it looks good too).  Simply pull the locking lever back and the halyard is pushed into the softer urethane insert locking the halyard in place. That Easy! That Fast!
	Thick, rigid 3/16" plastic distributes pressure across abdomen and hips. Closed cell comfort pad belt floats. Ball rotates almost 90°. "Apron style" rod butt rest features 2 front pockets for utility use. This is a plastic clamp on belt with a 1/4" neoprene foam lining. It is 4" long in front and 1-3/4" in the back. Fits rod butts up to 1-1/4" dia. and non-gimbal up to 1-1/2" dia. Can be moved vertical or horizontal.  Color = White
