Years ago Lews
introduced a reel so well-designed that after 25 years, they
still believe the mechanics cannot be improved. And while the
guts remain the same, they added two standard features demanded
by today's professional fishermen. Their classic reel is now
outfitted with continuous anti-reverse for rock solid hooksets
and a thumb bar spool release. The only additional features, in
their history, that they thought were necessary. Not because
they don't believe in progress, they just believe in perfection.
