TOLAGA BAY is a small village
just south of the East Cape of New Zealand. The closest airport is
in the City of Gisborne 45min south of Tolaga Bay by road. GISBORNE,
the first city in the world to see the sunrise, is 1hr's flight from
Auckland international airport.
With Bert's 35+ years
experience in recreational fishing, and 20 years commercial fishing in
the East Cape area he can provide you with the ultimate fishing trip. He
is a PADI trained diver and active in the NZ Coast Guard.
Captain Bert's new boat - the 8.2m ( 28ft ) "Osprey" is a
common sight out on the water from as far south as Mahia Peninsula to
Cape Runaway, nor-west of East Cape.
