The
Fathom-Master® 625 features a 48" (121 cm) two piece
boom and adjustable Swivel-Matic® base. Booms quickly disassemble for
storage or transportation. The 600 model features a 24" boom.
One Hand
Operation.
Thanks to Penn's exclusive Fathom-Master® drag system, you can operate
these units with one hand when lowering or stopping the downrigger weight.
This same drag system lets cable pay out if the weight snags on the
bottom. To further increase operation ease and safety, the crank handle
does not turn while the weight descends.

Easy Going.
Fathom-Master® manual downriggers are built for a lifetime of ups and
downs. They feature a high strength, glass reinforced polycarbonate
frame, spool and base, plus a heavy duty, gold anodized aluminum boom.
This unique construction protects against corrosion and ensures long
lasting
performance. In addition to ruggedness, Penn Fathom-Masters® offer
fishing convenience. Each features a one piece, molded boom tip that
automatically swivels to track the downrigger weight. The long handle
lever allows for easy 1-to-1 ratio cranking, while the oversized spool
speeds the return of the weight topside. A gear-driven cable footage
counter displays the depth of the weight in large, easy-to-read numerals.

Fathom-Master® Rod Holder.
Easy attachment to all manual Fathom-Master® models. Constructed of
stainless steel and heavy duty polycarbonate. Mounting hardware
included.

Offshore Release System.
Uses spring loaded rubber pads to gently but firmly hold line. Won't
pinch line. Allows for positive release once fish strikes. Adjusts
to wide range of lures and baits. Attaches to FathomTrol® weight.
