one piece frame and spool machined from the highest grade solid
bar stock marine aluminum. For corrosion resistance and that
unmistakable International® appearance, each reel receives a
gleaming gold anodized finish.
Fish Long, Fish Strong. A stainless steel
spindle. Three aircraft quality stainless steel ball bearings.
Bronze double dogs to stand up to jarring strikes and runs. A
machined aluminum reel stand with special stabilizing bar. Add
all this up and you've got a reel that's built to perform over
the long run.
Legendary Stopping Power. An oversized
HT-100™ drag system with stainless steel pressure plate
delivers the smooth stopping power and heat dissipation you need
when fighting tough saltwater gamefish.
Direct Connection. All models (except
4G-AR) feature single, direct drive action. The 4G-AR features a
double-dog anti-reverse system
that prevents the handle from turning when a fish takes line.
All reels can be easily converted from right to left hand drive.
