Bare Bottom NFC is designed for less active boats and vessels that cannot sustain 10 knots. This coating will prevent organic marine growth from permanently adhering to the hull?.
Ideal for sailboats, cruisers, yachts and pontoon boats, Bare Bottom workls well on all surfaces-fiberglass, steel (with primer), aluminum (with primer) and wood. Traditional foul release coatings are loaded with copper. While it does wonders to keep your vessel clean, copper does serious damage to the marine environment. Bare Bottom NFC is a new type of foul-release coating designed for less active boats. It is the first coating of it�s kind designed to keep your boat clean without the use of harmful metals. It is easily cleaned by sufficient movement through water and provides protection against organic marine growth. In the event of long term anchorage and heavy marine fouling, the surface can be easily cleaned with a water hose and/or sponge, as the adhesive force of the growth is limited. Bare Bottom NFC will work on virtually any surface where a foul release coating is desired, and because it doesn't corrode aluminum, it is a perfect out-drive coating where traditional antifouling coatings are unsuitable. Bare Bottom NFC is hard and durable and withstands the rigor of season after season. It will not peel off from ice, floating debris, or docking/trailering operations. The coating is VOC compliant, and is safe and easy to apply by roll and/or brush.
Bare Bottom NFC is a colored coating and comes in black or red. It is UV resistant and will provide season after season of use.
