Products may be returned to ALLTACKLE.com for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to ALLTACKLE.com must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or producer of your product. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All Special Order restocks are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Before returning any item, you must contact us for a Return Authorization. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without return authorization. The return authorization is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. Return authorizations are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the return authorization. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns, both to and from you. Special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the return authorization visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
