Shimano Trinidad Reels are high speed
reels designed for bluewater fishing for Kingfish, sailfish, wahoo, Tarpon
and more. These are high quality precision reels. The Trinidad
Reel features a
6:1:1, (4:9:1 on the TN40 & TN50) retrieve ratio, a one piece aluminum
frame, 6 stainless steel ball bearings and an ergonomically correct
oversized handle.

is a back-up anti-reverse system that reduces the stress placed on the
one-way roller bearing to increase durability.

is not only the oversized gears, but also includes the setplate and
sideplate, which allow for a high speed retrieve while providing
unbelievable fish-moving torque.

material provides a wide range of drag setting and the smoothest Shimano
drag performance ever.
- Clicking Drag Adjustment
reduces the chance of the drag backing off at light settings while
providing the angler a reference point to how much drag they add or
reduce by turning the star.
