Shipping Policies and Time

Our primary shipper is UPS. We use
U.S. Postal Service for International orders, Hawaii and Alaska.
Many orders ship immediately. Some Orders Ship
Within 12-48 Hours. On occasion, some orders my take up to 72 hours
to ship. You will be notified of any out-of-stock items or
backorders by email.
How we calculate shipping: Shipping is
calculated using the weight of the packaged product and the distance
shipped. This data is plugged into a UPS calculation.
You may notice that the shipping weights seem high
for the item you ordered, especially one piece rods of 5' and longer.
We add weight to one piece fishing rods to compensate for the oversized
shipping charges we pay.
At time it is to your advantage to place your order
by phone. If you are ordering multiple oversized items, you will get
charged for each rod, even though the actual shipping charge is much less.
It cost as much to ship 10 rods as one. Please call to place a
multiple rod order.
Alaska, Hawaii and all non-Canadian international
orders are shipped U.S. Postal Service. All international orders
received must be confirmed and the shipping charges will be emailed prior
to final order approval. You must respond to the email with your
approval of the stated charges or the order will not be processed.
