CE Smith Mid Mount Rod Holders
Totally new design! Change your rod
holder configuration whenever you choose with this unique
patented clamping system. Each rod holder's mounting clamp
rotates for either vertical or horizontal attachment. Strong
investment-cast 316 stainless steel offers maximum corrosion
resistance for long life. Sleek, swept-back styled mid mount
model with mirror polished silver or gold titanium nitride
finish. All models include an strong integrally-cast gimbal pin.
Models for 1" and 1-1/4" aluminum pipe include a clamp insulator
to protect anodized finish of rails. They feature a patented
clamp system, which allows each rod holder to serve as a
vertical or horizontal unit. The clamp cap comes attached
horizontally. Unscrew the cap, turn 90° and the rod holder
becomes a vertical clamp. Stainless marine products are
made from decorative stainless tube which is measured by its
actual outside diameter and is sold in even sizes, 7/8", 1",
1-1/4", 1-1/2". Note: Aluminum marine products are made
from schedule 40 aluminum pipe which has no measured dimension
equal to the stated size. In fact: 3/4" schedule 40 pipe -
1.0625" OD; 1" schedule 40 pipe = 1.321" OD; 1-1/4" schedule 40
pipe =1.66" O.D.

CE Smith Flush Mount Rod Holders
Made of 100% 316 stainless steel,
these flush mount in-gunnel rod holders feature an extra large,
low profile cap which enhances the appearance of any boat. They
feature a super tough cast stainless steel gimbal bar designed
to hold up to the punishment of down riggers or heavy tackle. A
white vinyl liner protects rods and is keyed with the gimbal so
the liner stays in place. Standard 70 Series models have a
tube depth of 9", and I.D. of 1-5/8". They have a choice of 0°,
15° or 30° cap angle in highly polished silver finish, with a
heavy duty 100% welded tube-to-cap joint which will not break
out.

Flush Mount Rod Holders
 
The C series feature a beautifully
rounded cast bottom end with a 1/2" threaded drain. Use them
when the bottom of the rod holder must have a decorative
appearance, or add a drain tube and use when there is dry
storage space under the rod holder. Highly Polished silver
finish, with a heavy-duty 100% welded tube-to-cap joint which
will not break out. They feature a super tough cast
stainless steel gimbal bar designed to hold up to the punishment
of down riggers or heavy tackle. A white vinyl liner protects
rods and is keyed with the gimbal so the liner stays in place.
