IML Hull Lights are designed and manufactured
specifically for long term use in the marine environment. Much
attention has been given to the areas of thermal management,
bezel hydrodynamics, and general safety features. Plug & play
water-tight AMP connectors make for easy electrical
installation. All IML boat lights are completely serviceable
from behind (from inside the vessel). Models are available for
AC or DC systems. Each model is offered in either silicon bronze
or 316 stainless steel.
IML Underwater
Thru-Hull Lights for DC Systems
Models available in either silicon bronze
or 316 stainless steel for utmost resistance against corrosion
and electrolysis action. This purpose built thru-hull underwater
light is fully accessible from inside the boat for servicing
and/or bulb changes. Lens made from 15mm ground glass. End cap
and cable gland made of tough, non-corrosive glass-reinforced
nylon. The standard thru-hull fixture may be used with a 50W
MR16 halogen reflector bulb. The 35W HID Xenon Version comes
standard with an IP65 ballast complete with preformed cabling
and AMP connectors. For uneven inner mounting surfaces, an
optional self-leveling mounting kit is available and includes a
floating bronze clamp ring and 4 bronze set screws. A 4'
extension harness is also available for locating ballast in a
remote location.

Thru-Hull Lights for AC Systems
A high output 120/277VAC-150W
(50/60Hz) Thru-Hull Light designed with utmost attention to
thermal management (maintaining low operating temperature).
Thermal cut-out switch will prevent overheating should the unit
be left on while hull is out of the water when planing or during
haul-out. Casing and bezel are made from 316 Stainless Steel.
Also included is a top quality Osram Metal Halide lamp &
ballast. Ballast housing is complete with weather-proof
connectors and pre-formed cabling.

The brand new power-saving
SEA LED underwater boat light from Cantalupi is a family of
robust thru-hull fixtures using the latest Power LED technology.
These have been designed specifically for marine electrical
systems incorporating internal switching for system's voltage
between 10-30V (AC/DC). These certified IP68 fixtures have been
tested and approved by ABS & Lloyds Register. Self adjustable
mounting collar for variations of bulkhead thickness means they
are ready to install out of the box. Super cool 8000K color
light beam will illuminate up to 40 feet (8 LED version)! Low
operating temperature eliminates concern of overheating if left
on while boat is on plane. Internal board completely serviceable
from inside hull. Average life expected to be 30,000 hours.
